Dr. Dean was born and raised outside of Pittsburgh, Pa, and attended Case Western Reserve University for her undergraduate studies. Dr Dean then completed her veterinary degree from the University of Pennsylvania. After completing school, she worked as an
emergency doctor outside of Philadelphia.
Dr. Dean has two cats named Doe and Stanley, a shepherd/ lab mix named Amaya, and a shorthaired pointer named Lucky. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, playing video games, spin classes, and traveling.
